Anatomy & Physiology App Reviews

The previous version of this app was golden. I used it every day to study anatomy for my class, even though I unintentionally paid $60 for it (clumsy clicking). Ever since the new update came out I’ve been viewing nothing but a glitched screen that doesn’t show me anything beyond the main menu. I’m on the verge of deleting this app. Please fix it.

I as a second semester medicine student just started using this app and enjoy learnig with it: nice animations, really helps to understand the physiological processes and visualize it for yourself. BUT: go on updating it and, start supporting retina display!

Im a med student and i bought this app thinking it will help me in anatomy class. Its not what i thought it is especially for the money i paid. like for example i can select a bone humerus for example but it wont show me the details of the humerus on the picture!! like for what i paid i thought it was have that kind of detail!!! Anyways Im going to request a refund, and theres other better and cheaper choices out there for 34.99!!

A great application for learning human anatomy and physiology.

I am a visual learner and I really love the way this app presents content. The 3D models make it simple to understand the anatomy of body structures and where each structure is in relation to others -- and its so easy to rotate and zoom in. The animations really help me connect the dots by showing a complex process…something that is a huge challenge when reading a textbook. I didnt realize A&P could be fun!

I have other products by VB and while I no longer need them for school (having graduated), I decided last night to be a good person and get this for my younger sister, who will be taking A&P in the fall. The price may be a little steep, but its completely worth it! The models are from the Atlas, but there are more structures and they seem to look even better! The textures are awesome. There are also a ton of short videos and pictures to help explain physiological stuff. I like the way its set up--its kind of like a book, where you hit the arrow and go to the next thing. At the end of the "chapter" are quizzes, both on anatomy and physiology. The questions could be a little tougher, I guess, but for review? Its awesome. My sister loves it. Shes already making flashcards from what shes learning in the app to prep for the fall. I think the app would be A+ perfect if the questions were a teensy bit harder, but other than that and on the whole? Its absolute gold!

This makes learning the complex subject of anatomy and physiology easy! Completely interactive with many indepth animations and great quizzing and review section. Anyone who is learning anatomy and physiology this app is a must have!!! I cant recommend this app enough!

Ive been struggling with my A&P course because there is so much stuff to learn, and the textbook is so. incredibly. boring. LOVE this program so far. Ive only just started to dig into it midway through my course, but Im already so much more excited to learn this stuff now that I can really visualize it and take it in bite-sized pieces. Looking forward to finally being able to understand the lectures LOL! I wasnt so sure I was gonna pass but Im feeling a LOT more confident now. TY!!!

This is a must have for anyone taking A&P. This program makes learning difficult concepts easy. Ill be recomending this to all my friends.

I needed to brush up on my A&P as I am doing a medical program in the near future, based on reviews, I thought I would look at this program like an investment. There is a lot of information here. I will do a more in depth review after I have had more time with the program. It looks impressive thus far, and looks like it was worth every penny.

i’ve been told that this app is amazing, but it’s not working for me. I downloaded this app onto my brand new computer and everytime I open it, it freezes. It literally won’t respond to anything my mouse clicks on. I’m really disappointed as I paid $40 for this. I would like my money back or an upgrade that will make this app actually work for me like it seems to for everybody else! Extremely disappointed as I was really hoping this would help me in school….

First year med student and thus far this app has served as an excellent supplementary material to have. The videos are great and really help to facilitate putting ideas together (i.e. neuromuscular contractions - visualizing neuromuscular junction and muscle fiber movement).

PLEASE MAKE IT HIGH DEFINTION !! FOR ALL THE MONEY YOU PAY AT LEAST MAKE IT APPEALING TO THE EYE PLEASE! . HIGH DEFINITION !!!
